1. Administrative Staff ( Urgent)
Location: A1 street, Hung Phu 1 Industrial Park, Tan Phu Ward,
Cai Rang District Can Tho City, Vietnam
Time: Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiation
Principal functions and responsibilities:
- Drafting letter & translation (internal & external).
- Air ticket booking (inland & abroad) & Guest welcome & arrangement
(schedule planning, accommodation, restaurant, transportation)
- Car & driver control (car schedule, parking, maintenance & repair
update, insurance, petrol consumption maintain & report)
- Carry out administrative formalities for foreigner employees working
in the company (Visa, work permit, residence card,..).
- Yearly labor protection plan (budget, carry out, control, update and
report) & monthly sum-up & purchase stationery, necessities, equipment,
labor safety.
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment; orders replacement
supplies as needed.
- Manage & maintain canteen service for employees
- Organize annual health check for all employees (health check list,
quotation, proposal & schedule).
- Other related tasks.
Desired qualifications
- University Degree in Admin management, Services & Tourism
Administration or English
- At least 2 years of experience on Administration & Services in
production factories
- Advanced computer skills on MS office
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Good organization and fluent presentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Having spirit of learning and sociable with collective
- Ability to work independently or teamwork

2. Agronomist Supervisor:
Location: Farm in Vinh Long and another province in Mekong Delta
Role:
- Leading the agronomist/buying team in developing the required farm
capacity to source from to achieve the company's export volume
- Establish contracts between TFR and its network farmers
- Advise on price policy based on benchmark, required volume and
required future farmers
- Managing operations between suppliers and company
1. Objective & result area’s
- Volume and quality of pomelo to meet export plan
- Develop continuously sourcing area & farms which meet GAP standard and
deliver the targeted future volumes
2. Accountabilities
2.1. Leading the team
- Managing agronomist, to take and be able, the responsibility for
developing, searching and selecting farmers, providing technical advice,
and purchasing fruit according to the Company's required standards
(Global GAP) and TFR best practices.
- Controlling and therefore end responsible for agronomist for advising
farmers on agro chemicals use according to the Company's policy.
- Implement training for farmers on best farming practices and to
increase productivity.
- Setting up and monitoring new innovative farming models
- Training and developing the team members to improve technical skills
and behavioral competencies.
2.2. Volume delivery
- Providing targeted fruit volume with the targeted quality, timing and
reliability of delivery required by the Company with planning horizon of
1 week, 4 weeks and 3-9 months.
- Coordinating with departments in purchasing and transporting raw
materials
2.3. Connection point of suppliers and company
- Represent the Company to handle issues with external parties.
- Survey idea of farmers and bring innovative improvement idea’s to the
attention of management.
3. Desired qualifications
Knowledge/ Experience:
- Graduate university majoring in Agriculture
- At least 10 years of experience in farmer management and very familiar
with Globalgap standard
- Knowledge about fruit agronomy and fruit markets
Skills:
- Deal maker drive & commercial skills by designing the commercial
approach for immediate implementation and for the future.
- Good management skill with own team, colleagues in TFR, farmers and
other 3rd parties TFR works with
- Good internal and external communication skill
- Able to communicate and read and understand specialized English
documents.

- Ability to listen and learn what own team, farmers and 3rd parties
relevant to TFR look for
